This covers serious structural defects — not normal wear and tear such as minor fabric pilling, compression of cushioning, or surface-level scratches that occur over time. If a genuine defect is found, we won't charge you for transportation within 50 km of the store of purchase. Beyond 50 km, a fee of $1 per km each way applies.
