The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

A modern floating bed with a recessed base
The Lauren Floating Bed Frame is built with a wide panelled headboard and a solid platform body that sits on a recessed, set-back base — the gap under the visible frame creates the "floating" look, rather than a bed on individual legs. Finished throughout in Tropicana Walnut, it's crafted from timber veneer and MDF with a sturdy straight-slat base. Available in Queen and King only.
Recessed floating base
The platform body is set back from the visible outer frame, leaving a shadow-gap that reads as a floating bed rather than a bed on visible legs.
Wide panelled headboard
A tall run of vertical-grain timber panels spans the full width of the bed, giving the headboard visual presence without upholstery.
Straight-slat base
Straight wooden slats support the mattress directly — no box spring needed.
Tropicana Walnut finish
Warm brown tones and visible wood grain across the timber veneer and MDF construction.

The wooden slat base with centre support bar holds the mattress directly — no box spring or extra foundation needed. Works with foam, hybrid and spring mattresses.
Slat base & mattress support
Slat base included — suited to spring mattresses, and supports most foam and hybrid mattresses too. If you're matching a specific foam or hybrid mattress, check the slat spacing with our team before ordering, since some foam-mattress warranties require gaps under ~7.5 cm.

Cartons clear a standard ~80 cm doorway even when the assembled piece is large. Still worth measuring for the bigger sizes.

Allow 60–75 cm around the piece to move comfortably; remember the frame footprint runs a few cm larger than the mattress.

Total height = base + your mattress, so a tall base plus a deep mattress can sit high — worth checking for getting in and out.

For free Rocklea pickup, a flat-pack fits most cars, but an assembled or oversized item needs a van, ute or trailer.

Wipe with a dry or barely-damp cloth
Dry spills immediately — standing water can damage the timber veneer finish.
Keep out of direct sun
Sustained UV can fade the Tropicana Walnut finish unevenly over time.
Dust the panel grooves
The vertical-grain headboard detail and recessed base collect more dust than flat surfaces — use a soft cloth or brush.
Use coasters under decor
Avoid dragging vases or lamps across the veneer top surfaces to prevent scratches.
