What mattress does it need?

A standard Single or King Single mattress, depending on the size you choose. The mattress is not included and is sold separately, so you can pick the comfort and budget that suits. The car frame sits around a standard mattress — no special size required.

How sturdy is it?

It’s built on a pinewood frame with rubberwood legs and plywood slats, and is rated to hold up to 150 kg including the mattress. The playful look sits on a genuinely solid base made to handle day-to-day use.

How do I keep the velvet clean?

Pick Up.

You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.

The following Terms and Conditions apply. Free local delivery is available on selected items only. If a product qualifies, the offer will be automatically applied during the checkout process. For any detailed information, please get in touch with our team.

  • Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
  • Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
  • Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
  • The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
  • The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
  • The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.
