The Sedona Bookcase Bedframe turns the head of the bed into a genuinely useful feature — a chunky bookend headboard with open display shelving — and adds two spacious drawers at the foot for everything that usually has nowhere to go. Crafted from solid recycled pine in a deep Grey Stone timber stain, it's a warm, substantial piece with real presence, and it pairs with the matching Sedona Bedside Table to pull the whole room together.

A Headboard That Works As Hard As It Looks

The bookend-style headboard is built with a run of open cubbies — room for a stack of bedtime reading, a framed photo, a small plant, or a lamp and an alarm clock within easy reach. No need for a separate bookshelf or floating shelves above the bed. Down at the footend, two deep drawers on full-extension metal runners glide all the way out, with chunky metal handles to match.

The Sedona is crafted from recycled pine — a more sustainable way to build with timber, giving each frame natural variation in grain, tone, and texture. Small differences from piece to piece are part of the character, not a flaw.

Caring For It

Wipe Clean

Dust regularly and wipe with a soft, barely-damp cloth, then dry off. Avoid harsh solvents and abrasive cleaners that can dull the timber stain.

Check Fittings & Runners

Re-check and gently re-tighten the frame bolts now and then, and keep the drawer runners clear so they keep gliding smoothly.

The bedframe arrives flat-packed for home assembly with instructions included. Given the solid timber weight, two people are recommended for putting it together and positioning it.

Pick Up.

You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

You must provide your own transportation materials (strapping, rope, protective coverings) for Pick Up purchases. We don't provide them.

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.

Free Local Delivery Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply. Free local delivery is available on selected items only. If a product qualifies, the offer will be automatically applied during the checkout process. For any detailed information, please get in touch with our team.

  • Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
  • Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
  • Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
  • The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
  • The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
  • The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.
