Suede & Microsuede Couches

Suede couches & lounges for Brisbane & Gold Coast homes

A suede couch brings a soft, warm, inviting feel to a living room that few other finishes match. Our suede sofas and lounges are upholstered in faux suede and microsuede — the look and feel of suede, but far easier to live with than the real thing. Whether you're after a cosy suede couch for two, a roomy three-seater, or a suede settee for a smaller space, you'll find a suede lounge to suit your room and your budget. Shoppers search for these as suede couches, suede sofas, microsuede couches and suede lounges — and they're all right here.

Why choose a microsuede or faux suede lounge?

• The suede look, far easier care. Microsuede and faux suede give you that plush, brushed suede finish without the delicate upkeep of genuine suede — easy to wipe down and live with day to day.
• Hard-wearing & family-friendly. Microsuede and suede leatherette resist everyday marks and scuffs, so they hold up well in busy homes with kids and pets.
• Soft, warm feel. The fine napped surface feels cosy and tactile — inviting to sink into on movie nights.
• Warm, rich colours. Suede-look upholstery suits deep, earthy tones beautifully, from warm browns to classic blacks.

Suede couch colours

Suede-look upholstery comes into its own in warm, rich tones. Choose a brown suede couch for a warm, earthy living room, a black suede sofa for a sleek, modern statement, or add personality with a blue suede couch. Prefer to shop by shade across all materials? Browse our grey couches and black couches collections, and check each product page for the colours available.

Suede across every layout

Love the suede look? You'll find faux suede and microsuede across our lounge range, so you can choose the layout your room needs and still get that soft suede finish:

Sizes

Suede couches run from a compact 2 seater suede sofa — ideal for apartments, smaller living rooms or a second seat — through to a generous 3 seater suede couch for the family. Explore by size in our 2 seater sofas and 3 seater sofas collections, and check each product page for exact dimensions.

Caring for a microsuede couch

Microsuede and faux suede are easy to keep looking good. Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment and gently brush the nap to keep the texture even and lift the pile. Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry or barely-damp cloth rather than rubbing, and always check the fabric care code on the product label or care guide before using any cleaning product. Browse the wider sofas & lounges range for more material options, including fabric and leather.

Suede couch FAQs

• Are your suede couches real suede?

Our suede couches and lounges are upholstered in faux suede and microsuede — they give you the soft, brushed look and feel of suede, but they're far easier to care for and more hard-wearing than genuine suede, which makes them a practical choice for everyday family living.

• What is microsuede, and is it easy to look after?

Microsuede is a fine, densely woven faux-suede fabric with a soft napped surface. It's a popular suede-look upholstery because it's durable, resists everyday marks and is easy to maintain — vacuum it regularly, brush the nap to keep the texture even, and blot spills rather than rubbing.

• What colours do suede couches come in?

Suede-look upholstery suits warm, rich tones especially well — popular choices include brown, black and blue. Check each product page for the colours available, and browse our grey and black couch collections to shop by shade.

• Can I get a suede corner, recliner or modular lounge?

Yes — faux suede and microsuede run across our lounge range. See corner & chaise lounges, recliner lounges, modular & sectional sofas and sofa beds for suede-look options in each layout.

• What sizes do suede sofas come in?

From a compact 2 seater suede sofa for smaller rooms through to a roomy 3 seater suede couch for the family. Explore by size in our 2 seater and 3 seater sofa collections, and check each product page for exact dimensions.
