The Liverpool Bed Frame combines three materials: a rattan-effect carved timber band on the upper headboard, a black channel-tufted PU leather panel below, and a solid timber frame in New Rio Brown. The diamond pattern reads as woven rattan from across the room — up close, it's solid timber with the pattern carved in. Queen and King sizes, part of a coordinated 4-piece Liverpool range.

The headboard upholstery is PU leather — synthetic, not genuine animal leather. The rattan-effect detail is solid timber with a diamond pattern carved in, not actual woven rattan. Queen and King only. Single, King Single, and Double are not available. No mattress included.

Is the rattan-effect detail actual rattan?

No — it's solid timber with a diamond crosshatch pattern carved into the surface. Looks like woven rattan from across the room; up close, it's a single carved timber panel. More durable than actual rattan in QLD humidity.

Is the Liverpool solid wood or MDF?

Hybrid: solid timber on structural elements (side rails, frame, footboard posts) and MDF with rubber wood veneer on the decorative panels. All stained in New Rio Brown so the materials read as one continuous piece.

Is the PU leather real leather?

No — it's polyurethane (PU), synthetic not genuine animal leather. More affordable, more uniform, easier to clean than real leather; doesn't develop the same patina over years of use.

Pick Up.

You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.

The following Terms and Conditions apply. Free local delivery is available on selected items only. If a product qualifies, the offer will be automatically applied during the checkout process. For any detailed information, please get in touch with our team.

  • Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
  • Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
  • Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
  • The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
  • The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
  • The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.
