The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.
Overview
A rattan-effect bed with a two-tier headboard
The Liverpool combines a carved rattan-effect timber band across the top of the headboard with a channel-tufted black PU leather panel below — the same carved diamond pattern reappears on the footboard corner posts, tying head and foot of the bed together. The whole frame is finished in New Rio Brown. Available in Queen and King only, and part of a coordinated 4-piece Liverpool range.
Carved rattan-effect detail
Solid timber with a diamond crosshatch pattern carved into the surface — reads as woven rattan from across the room, without the fraying or loosening of real cane.
Channel-tufted PU leather
A black synthetic-leather panel with five vertical channel-tufted ridges sits below the carved band, comfortable to lean against.
Straight-slat base
Straight wooden slats support the mattress directly — no box spring needed.

Slat base, no box spring
The wooden slat base with centre support bar holds the mattress directly — no box spring or extra foundation needed. Works with foam, hybrid and spring mattresses.
Slat base & mattress support
Slat base included — suited to spring mattresses, and supports most foam and hybrid mattresses too. If you're matching a specific foam or hybrid mattress, check the slat spacing with our team before ordering, since some foam-mattress warranties require gaps under ~7.5 cm.

Total height = slat height (32 cm) + your mattress depth. Ships flat-packed in 4 boxes; measure your access route and check the boxes fit your vehicle for pickup. A screwdriver is needed (electric drill recommended); two people recommended. Measurements are taken by hand and can vary slightly between shipments.

Cartons clear a standard ~80 cm doorway even when the assembled piece is large. Still worth measuring for the bigger sizes.
🧭Room clearance
Allow 60–75 cm around the piece to move comfortably; remember the frame footprint runs a few cm larger than the mattress.

Total height = base + your mattress, so a tall base plus a deep mattress can sit high — worth checking for getting in and out.
🚙Pickup vehicle
For free Rocklea pickup, a flat-pack fits most cars, but an assembled or oversized item needs a van, ute or trailer.

Care instructions
Wipe PU leather gently
Soft dry or barely-damp cloth on the headboard panel. No harsh cleaners or alcohol wipes.
Damp, never wet on timber
Dry spills immediately with a soft cloth — standing water can damage the New Rio Brown stain.
Dust the carved panels
Soft brush or low-suction vacuum across the diamond grooves; they collect more dust than flat surfaces.
Keep out of direct sun
Sustained UV fades the timber finish and PU leather unevenly over time.
