The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Outback is built entirely from 100% solid New Zealand pine timber — no MDF, no veneer over engineered timber, no cost-cutting on the wide panel surfaces where most beds hide composite material. The rustic farmhouse silhouette pairs a tall traditional panelled headboard with two pull-out footboard storage drawers finished in dark metal recessed handles, all in a warm honey-amber "Rustic Oak" stain that lets the visible knots and grain variation tell the story. Straight wooden slats are included, so it takes a standard mattress directly. Available in Queen size only. Slat base, no box spring
The wooden slat base with centre support bar holds the mattress directly — no box spring or extra foundation needed. Works with foam, hybrid and spring mattresses.

Slat base included — suited to spring mattresses, and supports most foam and hybrid mattresses too. If you're matching a specific foam or hybrid mattress, check the slat spacing with our team before ordering, since some foam-mattress warranties require gaps under ~7.5 cm.

Ships flat-packed in 4 boxes; measure your access route and check the boxes fit your vehicle for pickup. A screwdriver is needed (electric drill recommended); two people recommended, especially for the footboard with drawers fitted. Measurements are taken by hand and can vary slightly between shipments.

Allow 60–75 cm around the piece to move comfortably; remember the frame footprint runs a few cm larger than the mattress.

Care instructions
Dust weekly with a soft cloth
Use a dry microfibre cloth across the headboard panels, drawer fronts and side rails — don't skip the recessed area around the drawer handles where dust gathers.
Damp, never wet on spills
Wipe spills immediately with a barely-damp cloth, then dry. Solid timber tolerates a little moisture; standing water can mark the stained surface over time.
Avoid strong direct sunlight
Solid pine darkens with UV exposure — to keep the colour even, avoid positioning in front of a window that gets hours of afternoon sun.
Embrace the character
Knots, grain variation and slight colour differences between pieces of timber are features of authentic solid wood, not flaws.
