The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Floss is a fully upholstered storage bed in soft black fabric with a channel-tufted headboard finished with slim metallic gold accent stripes and a wooden top rim. A single large pull-out drawer sits at the foot of the bed on castor wheels — no drawer runners, just a straight pull. Sized for the main bedroom, in Double, Queen and King.

Care instructions
Vacuum the channel tufts
Run a soft-brush vacuum across the horizontal channel tufting weekly. The recessed channels collect dust more visibly than flat upholstery — frequent passes keep the headboard sharp.
Catch spills right away
Blot spills with a clean dry cloth, working from the outside of the mark towards the centre. The earlier you catch it, the easier the black fabric releases the stain.
Polish the gold accents gently
Wipe the metallic accent stripes with a soft dry cloth only — avoid abrasive cleaners that could dull the finish. A light pass keeps the gold trim bright against the black fabric.
Check the drawer wheels
The foot drawer rolls on castor wheels. Periodically clear carpet fibres or debris from the wheels and confirm the drawer rolls smoothly — keep the floor path in front of the bed clear.

There is one large pull-out drawer at the foot of the bed. It rolls on castor wheels underneath the frame — not on runners — so you pull it straight out from the foot end and slide it back when done. Internal size is 117 cm wide × 57 cm deep; ideal for spare bedding, pillows, or seasonal items.
Leave at least 60 cm of clear floor at the foot of the bed so the drawer can pull out fully. Because the drawer runs on castor wheels, keep rugs and obstacles off the floor path directly in front of the footboard.
