The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Palmdale is a tall, fully upholstered bed in black boucle fabric. Two flat rectangular headboard panels with deep horizontal channel-tufting flank a central matte-black display unit — cubby shelves with built-in LED lighting for books, candles or decor, right at headboard height. The upholstered base wraps the bed in matching boucle down to small dark turned legs at each corner. Available in Queen and King only — a standalone statement piece, not part of a coordinated bedroom range.

Care instructions
Vacuum the boucle gently
Use an upholstery attachment on low suction to remove dust without pulling at the loops. Avoid catching jewellery or sharp objects on the fabric — pulled loops are the most common boucle damage.
Blot spills immediately
Use a clean dry cloth to blot (never rub) any spills on the boucle. Liquid sitting on the fabric leaves marks — act quickly.
Operate the LED safely
Turn off LED lighting when not needed to extend bulb life. Refer to the instruction manual for switch operation and bulb replacement procedures.
Use the display shelves sensibly
Books, candles, picture frames and small vases suit the cubby shelves best. Avoid overloading a single shelf or leaning heavy objects against the LED wiring.

Most modern boucle upholstery in this category is synthetic polyester or polyester-blend boucle rather than natural wool or cotton boucle — more durable, easier to clean, holds colour better. The looped texture is the design feature, not a defect. If natural-fibre boucle matters specifically, check with the showroom team before ordering.
No under-bed storage drawers or bench. The Palmdale's "storage" is the display shelving with LED lighting built into the headboard itself, for books, candles and decor at headboard height.
Built-in LED lighting sits inside the central display cubbies. Switch operation and bulb specifications are covered in the instruction manual included with the bed. Review the manual before assembly so the wiring connections are handled correctly on first build.
