The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Marlow's defining feature is its dual-tone Hamptons palette: a crisp white painted timber frame with a contrasting dark brown timber cap running across the top edge of both the headboard and the footboard — a clean, relaxed-formal coastal look. At the foot of the bed, two pull-out storage drawers with raised-panel fronts and recessed dark pull handles add hidden capacity for spare bedding or off-season clothing, flush with the footboard for a clean line. Built in solid pine wood with straight wooden slats included (no box spring needed), available in Queen only. The Marlow is a standalone Hamptons-style bed — it isn't part of a coordinated bedroom range; our showroom team can point you to the Tasman or Jericho ranges if you're after matching bedside, tallboy and dresser pieces.

The wooden slat base with centre support bar holds the mattress directly — no box spring or extra foundation needed. Works with foam, hybrid and spring mattresses.

Slat base included — suited to spring mattresses, and supports most foam and hybrid mattresses too. If you're matching a specific foam or hybrid mattress, check the slat spacing with our team before ordering, since some foam-mattress warranties require gaps under ~7.5 cm.

Cartons clear a standard ~80 cm doorway even when the assembled piece is large. Still worth measuring for the bigger sizes.

Allow 60–75 cm around the piece to move comfortably; remember the frame footprint runs a few cm larger than the mattress.

Care instructions
Dust timber surfaces weekly
Soft cloth across the painted surfaces and the dark brown timber cap. Pay attention to the raised-panel grooves on the headboard and drawer fronts.
Damp, never wet on the timber
Dry spills immediately with a soft cloth. Standing water can damage both the painted finish and the natural timber cap over time.
Operate the drawers smoothly
Pull and close the footboard drawers with a steady motion. Avoid forcing them or overloading, which can stress the runner mechanism.
Keep out of direct sun
Sustained UV can fade the painted finish unevenly over time — position the bed away from harsh afternoon sun where possible.
