A pillow’s job is to fill the gap between your head and the mattress so your neck stays in line with your spine. Our range covers solid and shredded memory foam, a memory foam pillow with a cooling gel pad, a soft microfibre pillow and an Australian-made bamboo-blend fibre pillow, plus a waterproof pillow protector. Pillows by Sleep Style
Side sleepers. Lying on your side leaves the widest gap, the width of your shoulder, so you usually need the most height. The solid memory foam pillows have a 12 cm profile, mid-to-high.
Back sleepers. The gap is smaller on your back, so you typically need less height. A shredded memory foam pillow with some fill taken out is one way to get there.
Stomach sleepers. Usually better on a low, soft pillow. The microfibre pillow is the softest in our range and cradles rather than holds.
Your mattress firmness and your own build both shift the answer, so treat this as a starting point and try a pillow in person if you can.
Choosing by Fill
Solid memory foam
One moulded memory foam core that holds a consistent 12 cm profile, with a removable, machine-washable bamboo cover.
Shredded memory foam
Loose shredded foam under a bamboo cover. Open it and add or remove fill to set your own height and firmness.
Memory foam with cooling gel
A slow-rebound memory foam core with a cooling gel pad across the whole front surface. Gel draws heat away from the surface faster than foam alone, so it feels cooler when you lie down.
Bamboo-blend fibre
Australian-made, standard 48 × 73 cm, with a 30% bamboo, 70% polyester fill and no foam core, so the whole pillow is machine washable on a gentle cycle.
Microfibre
A very fine synthetic fibre packed loosely to trap air: light and soft rather than supportive. At 70 × 45 cm, check it against your pillowcases.
Pillow protector
Not a pillow: waterproof pillow protectors with a bamboo surface, 50 × 70 cm, sold as a pack of two.
Caring for Your Pillow
Never machine-wash, wring or tumble-dry memory foam: water breaks it down and it won’t recover its shape. Spot-clean the foam, wash a removable cover separately, and follow the care label sewn into each pillow. A waterproof pillow protector under the pillowcase keeps a foam pillow clean, and buying them as a pair means one can be washed while the other stays on.

Pillow FAQs
Which pillow suits my sleep position?
Side sleepers usually need the most height, back sleepers less, and stomach sleepers a low, soft pillow. A shredded memory foam pillow lets you add or remove fill to set the height yourself; the microfibre pillow is the softest in our range.
Which pillow is cooling?
Two pillows are made to feel cooler: the memory foam pillow with a full-surface cooling gel pad, and the bamboo-blend fibre pillow, whose fibre fill breathes more freely than a solid foam core.
Can I wash my pillow?
It depends on the fill. The bamboo-blend fibre pillow is machine washable on a gentle cycle. Memory foam must never be machine-washed, wrung or tumble-dried; spot-clean the foam and wash a removable cover separately. Always follow the care label sewn into the pillow.
