Delivery Across South-East Queensland

We deliver 4 seater sofas to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and surrounding areas. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

A few things worth knowing before you order:

• Standard delivery is to ground level / front of garage. If you need items brought inside or upstairs, please contact your nearest store for a quote before ordering — additional charges apply.
• Free metro delivery is available on qualifying orders (terms and conditions apply — see our Free Metro Delivery page).
• Prefer to collect? Free pickup is available from our Rocklea warehouse by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange a time, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID.
• Delivery/assembly charges are non-refundable, so if you have any questions about access, stairs, or sizing, please call us first on 1300 781 990.

Our Warranty & Returns Promise

Every 4 seater sofa we sell comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery or pickup (unless otherwise stated on the individual product page). We back this up with Australian Consumer Law protections that apply to every purchase, regardless of our own policy.

If something isn't right, email us with your tax invoice and photos or a video clearly showing the issue, and we'll respond within 7 working days.

Change of mind? We offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase on most orders (48 hours for layby). If you change your mind within this period, we'll swap your goods or provide a full refund minus any payment processing fee. A 20% restocking fee applies for returns requested after the cooling-off period. Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
