Dining room furniture in Brisbane & the Gold Coast
The dining room is where the household gathers, so it pays to furnish it as a whole rather than one piece at a time. Our Brisbane and Gold Coast range brings together everything the space needs — dining tables, dining chairs, ready-made dining sets, bar stools and buffets & sideboards — in the materials Australian homes actually use: warm solid timber, tempered glass, marble-look stone and easy-care upholstery.
Because we import directly and hold our own stock at our Rocklea warehouse, you get current designs at fair prices with fast local delivery across South-East Queensland — plus five showrooms where you can see the finishes and sit in the chairs before you buy.

How to plan your dining room
1. Measure the space first
Before choosing a table, measure the room and leave about 90–100 cm of clearance around all sides so people can pull out chairs and walk past comfortably. In a tight space a round or extendable table is easier to move around than a big rectangle.
2. Size the table to your seating
Allow roughly 60 cm of width per seat so no one is squeezed. As a guide, a 120–140 cm table seats four, 150–180 cm seats six, and 200 cm and up seats eight or more. Buying a table and chairs separately lets you mix looks; a ready-made dining set takes the guesswork out. Working with a smaller room? Start with small dining tables or a space-saving small dining set, and a dining bench squeezes extra seats along one side; for a light, modern look, a glass dining table set keeps things airy.
3. Choose materials for how you live
Timber is warm and hard-wearing; tempered glass keeps a small room feeling open; marble-look stone adds a premium edge; and upholstered dining chairs — including soft linen-look designs — bring softness and comfort. For islands and breakfast bars, add bar stools, and finish the room with a buffet or sideboard for storage.

Dining room furniture — frequently asked questions
How do I plan and measure a dining room?
Measure the room first and leave about 90–100 cm of clearance around the table so people can pull out chairs and walk past. Then size the table to the space — allowing roughly 60 cm of width per seat — before adding chairs, bar stools or a buffet. Every product page lists exact dimensions.
Should I buy a dining table and chairs separately or as a set?
Buying a table and chairs separately lets you mix styles and choose your own chair count. A ready-made dining set is easier and often better value because the pieces are designed to match. We stock both.
What size dining table do I need for six or eight people?
Allow about 60 cm of width per seat. As a guide, a 120–140 cm table seats four, 150–180 cm seats six, and 200 cm and up seats eight or more. If you entertain occasionally, an extendable table gives you extra seats only when you need them.
What materials do your dining tables and chairs come in?
We stock warm solid and engineered timber, tempered glass, marble-look stone tops, and upholstered fabric and faux-leather chairs, on timber, black-metal and gold legs. Timber is hard-wearing, glass keeps a small room feeling open, stone adds a premium edge, and upholstery brings comfort.
Can I see the range in person before buying?
Yes — we have five showrooms across South-East Queensland: Rocklea, Virginia, Beenleigh, Bundall and North Ipswich. See the finishes and sit in the chairs before deciding, or order online with fast local delivery. Find addresses and hours.
Do you offer finance or buy now, pay later?
Yes. We offer Afterpay, Zip, Humm and Latitude Interest Free, plus a Layby option on selected products, with delivery across South-East Queensland and free pickup from our Rocklea warehouse.
