Care Instructions

Care for the PU Leather

Wipe the seat and back with a soft, slightly damp cloth between meals — apply Guardsman ProGuard Care Kit periodically to keep the surface conditioned and protected from everyday wear.

Wipe Spills Promptly

Clean food and liquid spills from the upholstery as soon as they happen with a soft, damp cloth. PU resists liquid penetration short-term but trapped moisture can degrade the surface over time.

Care for the Metal Legs

Wipe the silver or gold legs with a dry, soft cloth to keep the high-shine finish looking crisp. Avoid abrasive cleaners or wet cloths that can strip the metal finish over time.

Keep Out of Direct Sun

Position away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent the PU upholstery from fading or stiffening over time. UV exposure can shift the colour and accelerate surface aging.

Pick Up.

You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

You must provide your own transportation materials (strapping, rope, protective coverings) for Pick Up purchases. We don't provide them.

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.

Free Local Delivery Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply. Free local delivery is available on selected items only. If a product qualifies, the offer will be automatically applied during the checkout process. For any detailed information, please get in touch with our team.

  • Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
  • Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
  • Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
  • The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
  • The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
  • The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.
