A mesh task chair you can actually set up to fit you
The Casino is a full-mesh task chair built for a home office or study desk. The back and seat are both mesh, so warm air escapes instead of building up against you through a long session, and the things that decide whether a chair suits your body all move: the seat rises from 47 to 55 cm on a gas lift, the headrest slides up and down its track, the backrest reclines, and a tension dial sets how much resistance it gives as you lean. The armrests flip up out of the way, so the whole chair rolls under the desk when you're done. It comes in black mesh on a black frame, or grey mesh on a white frame.
Breathable Mesh Back & Seat
Mesh on both the backrest and the seat, not just the back. Woven mesh lets warm air pass through rather than trapping it the way solid foam upholstery does β the difference is most noticeable in a Queensland summer.
Height-Adjustable Headrest
The headrest slides up and down on its own track, so you can set it to actually meet your head and neck rather than pushing at your shoulders β the usual problem with a fixed headrest on a shorter or taller user.
Flip-Up Armrests
The arms fold up against the backrest. That drops the chair's profile so it slides right under a desk between sessions, and it gets the arms out of the way if your desk has a low apron or a keyboard tray.
Reclining Tilt & Tension Dial
The backrest reclines, and a tension dial under the seat sets how much resistance it gives as you lean β wind it up for firm support, back it off for an easier rock. The gas lift sets the seat from 47 to 55 cm and the five-star base swivels a full 360Β°.

- Check your desk height first. Measure floor to desktop. At the Casino's lowest setting of 47 cm you get 25 cm of clearance under a 72 cm desk and 28 cm under a 75 cm one β both inside the recommended band. Wind it up towards 55 cm for a standing-desk-height perch or a taller work surface.
- Will your feet reach the floor? This is the honest catch. A 47 cm minimum seat suits most adults from roughly 170 cm tall. If you're shorter than that, your feet may not sit flat at the lowest setting β the Clontarf drops to 43 cm and is the better pick, or use a footrest.
- Will the arms clear your desk? The armrests sit 67 cm off the floor with the seat all the way down, so they clear the underside of most 72β75 cm desks. If yours has a deep apron or a pull-out keyboard tray, flip the arms up and the problem disappears β which is exactly what they're for.
- Check the floor space. The base is 60 cm across and the chair is 60 cm deep, so allow around 60 cm of clear floor behind your desk edge to roll back and stand up comfortably.

Mesh was chosen for airflow β it lets warm air escape rather than holding it against you the way solid foam upholstery does, and it holds its shape under daily use. It is a breathable material, not a cooled one. Mesh colours on screen are approximate; we recommend seeing the finishes in a showroom before you buy.
Caring for your chair
Vacuum the mesh
Run a soft brush attachment over the weave regularly to lift dust and crumbs out of the mesh rather than pressing them further in.
Spot-clean spills
Blot a spill straight away with a damp cloth and let the mesh air-dry. Blot, don't rub β rubbing works the spill deeper into the weave.
Skip harsh cleaners
No bleach, solvents or abrasive scourers. They break down the fibres and can leave the weave permanently marked or slack.
Snug the bolts twice a year
Every wheeled chair loosens a little with daily use. A twice-yearly once-over with the supplied key keeps the base tight and quiet.
