Pick Up.

You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

Choose Pick Up when ordering online, and we'll do the rest. If you want to pick up from one of our other stores — Beenleigh, North Ipswich, Sandgate, or Bundall — contact us first.

If products are delayed, our sales team will tell you when they contact you.

You must provide your own transportation materials (strapping, rope, protective coverings) for Pick Up purchases. We don't provide them.

Delivery.

The cost of delivery is determined by the item and distance. To check the delivery charge, enter your details at checkout. If you have questions about delivery to distant locations, our sales team can help. Contact them before or after your online order.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery is to ground level / front garage only. Extra charges apply for bringing items inside. See our Assembly Terms and Conditions for full details.
  • If delivery is to an upstairs area, tell the store to get a quote.
  • For credit card payments, the cardholder must be present with photo ID to verify details.
  • If no one is available at the delivery address and time, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and extra charges may apply.
  • Ensure that the furniture can be delivered through appropriate access.
  • The delivery charge is non-refundable, so ask us any questions before ordering.

Our free local delivery service is built around our Rocklea warehouse and supports homes across the wider Brisbane metro area. If you live within 10 km of Rocklea (measured via Google Maps), your order may qualify automatically at checkout.

Brisbane Metro Inner-city suburbs, southside neighbourhoods and surrounding areas within the 10 km zone of our Rocklea store.
Ipswich Region Order online and collect free from Rocklea, or visit our North Ipswich showroom to plan your delivery.
Gold Coast Browse our full range in person at the Bundall showroom; delivery options are tailored at checkout.
Northside Brisbane For Sandgate and the bayside, our Sandgate showroom is open seven days for in-person browsing and quotes.

We keep things straightforward so there are no surprises on the day. Here's exactly what to expect when your order qualifies for free local delivery:

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.

How Free Local Delivery Works

Choose your furniture Browse our in-stock dining, mattress, living and outdoor ranges.

Enter your address at checkout If your delivery address falls within the eligible zone and the product qualifies, free delivery will be applied automatically.

We dispatch & deliver Our driver will call before arrival from a private number. Have someone available at the address to receive the goods on the agreed day.

Free Local Delivery Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply. Free local delivery is available on selected items only. If a product qualifies, the offer will be automatically applied during the checkout process. For any detailed information, please get in touch with our team.

  • Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
  • Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
  • Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
  • The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
  • The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
  • The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.
