You set the height
Most pillows arrive at one fixed height and you either get on with it or you don't. This one is filled with shredded memory foam, so you can open it up and take fill out until it sits where you want it — or leave it full for more height and support. The firmness adjusts across a medium to firm range.
Adjustable loft and firmness
Open the pillow and remove fill to lower it and soften it, or leave it full for a higher, firmer feel. That makes it one of the few pillows you can genuinely tune to your own shoulder width.
Shredded, not solid
A shredded fill moves and redistributes under your head rather than holding one moulded shape. It is the trade-off for adjustability: more conforming, less consistent night to night.

Finding your fit
How much fill should you take out?
Because you set the height yourself, the usual question — is this pillow too high or too low for me? — becomes something you can answer after you buy rather than before. Here is the general guidance on where to land it.
Side sleepers
Lying on your side leaves the widest gap — the width of your shoulder — so start with the pillow at full fill and only remove foam if your head feels pushed up out of line. Broader shoulders generally need more fill left in.
Back sleepers
On your back the gap is smaller. Take a handful of fill out at a time and rest your head between each adjustment, until your chin is neither tipped up nor pushed down towards your chest.
Stomach sleepers
Face down there is barely a gap at all, so this needs to come down to a low, flat setting. It can be done — which makes this the most workable pillow in our range for stomach sleepers — but expect to remove a fair amount of fill.

Shredded foam vs solid foam
Both are memory foam and they behave differently. A shredded fill like this one can be opened up and tuned to your own height, and it conforms more closely because the pieces move independently — the trade-off is that it needs the occasional shake to redistribute. A solid core holds one consistent shape and height with no maintenance, which is what you want once you have found a profile that suits. If you would rather it just stayed put, look at the solid memory foam version.
Care & washingWashing it without wrecking it
Shredded memory foam is still memory foam, and the same rule applies: water breaks it down and it does not recover. Check the care label sewn into your pillow before washing anything.
The bamboo cover
If the cover unzips and comes off the fill, wash it separately on a gentle cycle and follow the sewn-in care label for temperature and drying. If it does not come off, do not put the whole pillow in the machine — spot clean instead.
The shredded foam fill
Never machine-wash, wring or tumble-dry the foam. Spot-clean marks with a barely damp cloth and let it air-dry completely, away from direct heat and sunlight, before use.
Shake it out
Give the pillow a good shake and knead each morning. Shredded fill compacts where your head sits, and redistributing it is what keeps the surface even.
Use a pillow protector
The cheapest way to keep the cover clean and cut down how often it needs washing at all.
Air it regularly
Strip the pillowcase back and let the pillow air for an hour or so when you change the bedding. It keeps things fresher between washes.
Keep it out of direct sun
Prolonged direct sunlight and high heat degrade filling and can yellow a cover. Dry in the shade.

What the warranty does not cover
- The gradual loss of loft that every filling develops with use. This is normal wear, not a fault.
- Damage caused by washing against the care instructions — machine-washing a filling that is spot-clean only, tumble-drying, bleaching or dry-cleaning.
- Staining, soiling or damage from spills, which is why we recommend a protector from day one.
- A change of mind about comfort or firmness. Firmness is personal, so please try it at one of our showrooms before you buy.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
