Free delivery is available for most furniture items within a 10km radius of our Brisbane and Gold Coast stores. To confirm eligibility for your specific postcode, enter it at checkout or contact our friendly customer service team.
While most furniture qualifies, some bulky, heavy, fragile items may incur a delivery fee.
Please use the shipping estimator on the product page to get a quote for delivery.
Free delivery within our coverage area typically takes up to 7 business days (insert your timeframe) after your order is processed. You will receive confirmation with an estimated delivery timeframe upon purchase.
Unfortunately, specific delivery windows are not available with free delivery. However, our standard delivery window is between 11 am - 6 pm. We will contact you in advance to confirm a delivery day within the timeframe.
We offer competitive delivery rates for locations outside our free delivery zone. You can see the estimated delivery cost during checkout by entering your postcode.
Someone needs to be present at the delivery address to accept the furniture and sign for it.
Furniture assembly is a separate service and not included with Free Delivery. You can add this service to your order after placing the order by contacting us.
