A single-firmness spring layer treats your whole body the same. Supreme Care splits its pocket spring core into five zones along the length of the bed, so each part of the body gets support suited to it — firmer through the centre to hold up the hips and lower back, with a little more give at the shoulders. Combined with the contouring memory foam top, the aim is a more even, neutral line through the spine and fewer pressure points where you lie.

Does the Supreme Care come rolled in a box?
Yes. It is compressed, rolled and boxed, which makes it easy to fit in a vehicle and carry through the home before you unroll it.
How long before I can sleep on it?
Once unboxed it starts expanding straight away and is generally ready to sleep on within a few hours. Like most rolled mattresses, it can keep settling over the following days.
How firm is the Supreme Care, and who is it for?
It has a soft feel — around 4 on a 1 to 10 scale — with a cushioned, contouring memory foam top over zoned pocket springs. That suits side sleepers and anyone who likes a plush, pressure-relieving surface. Firmness is subjective, so we'd suggest trying it in person at one of our five SE QLD showrooms.
What does "5-zone" mean?
The pocket spring layer is divided into five sections along the length of the mattress, each tuned to give a slightly different level of support — firmer through the centre to support the hips and lower back, with a little more give towards the shoulders. The aim is to help keep the spine in a more neutral position.
What kind of base should I use?
Use it on a solid (platform) base or a slatted base with evenly spaced slats. An unsupportive base can affect comfort and may affect your warranty — see our warranty policy.
Do I need to flip it?
No. The Supreme Care is single-sided, with the comfort layers on top, so it is not designed to be flipped. Rotate it head-to-foot every few months to help it wear evenly.

Pick Up.

You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.

The following Terms and Conditions apply. Free local delivery is available on selected items only. If a product qualifies, the offer will be automatically applied during the checkout process. For any detailed information, please get in touch with our team.

  • Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
  • Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
  • Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
  • The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
  • The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
  • The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.
