Why blend bamboo with polyester
Bamboo fibre is soft and breathable but does not hold structure well on its own; polyester holds shape but breathes less. Blending them — here at 30% bamboo to 70% polyester — is a deliberate trade: enough bamboo for the surface feel and airflow, enough polyester for the pillow to keep its shape and recover when you fluff it. The cover uses the same logic, a bamboo and microfibre blend rather than either alone.
Care & washingWashing it without wrecking it
This is the one pillow in our range where the whole thing goes in the machine, because there is no foam core to destroy.
Machine washable
Wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Follow the care label inside the pillow for water temperature. Always use a pillowcase between washes to protect the cover from oils and stains, and wash the pillowcase weekly with your bedding.
Dry it thoroughly
A fibre-filled pillow must be dried right through before use — any damp left in the fill will go musty. Air it in a well-ventilated space and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which degrades fibres and yellows fabric.
Fluff it daily
Give the pillow a shake and a fluff each morning to redistribute the filling. It is the single easiest thing you can do to keep the surface even and the height consistent.
Use a pillow protector
The cheapest way to keep the pillow clean and cut down how often it needs washing at all.
Air it regularly

What the warranty does not cover
- The gradual loss of loft that every filling develops with use. This is normal wear, not a fault.
- Damage caused by washing against the care instructions — machine-washing a filling that is spot-clean only, tumble-drying, bleaching or dry-cleaning.
- Staining, soiling or damage from spills, which is why we recommend a protector from day one.
- A change of mind about comfort or firmness. Firmness is personal, so please try it at one of our showrooms before you buy.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
