If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Solid Acacia Frame
Acacia is a dense, close-grained hardwood with natural colour variation grain to grain, so no two chairs look identical. The square chunky legs and stretcher rails give the frame real weight and stability underfoot.
Cushioned PU Leather Seat
The seat is upholstered in dark brown PU leather over a padded cushion, giving a soft, wipe-clean surface that pairs naturally with the acacia tones of the frame and backrest.

PU leather is a faux leather: it gives the leather look and wipes clean easily, but it doesn't wear like genuine hide — keep it out of harsh sun and away from sharp edges and it will look right for years. As a solid timber product, acacia grain and colour vary naturally from chair to chair; this is a feature of the material, not a defect. Wipe the PU seat after meals
A damp cloth is all the seat needs — spills, sauce and little fingerprints wipe straight off. Skip harsh solvents and abrasive scourers, which dull and crack PU over time.
Dust the acacia frame
A soft, dry cloth keeps the timber frame and backrest looking sharp. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners on the wood.
Keep out of direct sun
Strong direct sunlight dries PU and can fade timber over time. Position away from harsh sun where you can, or close curtains during the brightest hours.
Lift, don't drag
Lifting rather than dragging the chair protects the acacia legs and stretcher rails, and keeps your floors free of scuff marks.
