The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Dust regularly
Wipe weekly with a soft, dry cloth to lift dust from the seat, back, and the recliner mechanism beneath the chair.
Spot clean spills
Wipe spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Use the Guardsman ProGuard Care Kit for deeper marks.
Avoid harsh products
Skip bleach, solvents and abrasive cleaners — these can damage the surface coating of the air leather.
Keep out of direct sun
Position away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading and surface drying over time.

No — this is the electric-only chair in the Sunshine range. It has a button-controlled electric recliner, but no rocking motion and no swivel base. The Sunshine Rocker & Swivel Recliner Chair has those instead.
It's a button-controlled electric recliner — press the button and the backrest adjusts from upright to reclined and holds position. It plugs into a standard power outlet; no manual handle to pull.
Air leather — a leather-look synthetic with tiny perforations that let air move through the upholstery, keeping the seat cooler. It's soft to the touch, hard-wearing and wipes clean with a damp cloth. Care for it with the recommended Guardsman ProGuard Care Kit above.
It ships flat-packed with the instruction manual included and requires no external tools — the seat and back attach to the base with the supplied fittings. Two people are recommended for handling.
