The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Manual pull-handle recline
The two end seats recline on a manual mechanism — pull the side handle to move the backrest and footrest from upright to reclined. No motors, no cables and no power point needed.

Dust regularly
Wipe weekly with a soft, dry cloth to lift dust before it builds up around the seams and the recliner mechanism.
Spot clean spills
Wipe spills straight away with a clean, damp cloth. For deeper marks, use the Guardsman ProGuard Care Kit. Keep liquids away from the USB charging dock.
Avoid harsh products
Skip bleach, solvents and abrasive cleaners — these can damage the air-leather surface coating.
