About PU Upholstery
PU (polyurethane) upholstery is a synthetic coating applied over a fabric base, designed to replicate the appearance and feel of leather at a more accessible price point. While it holds up well with regular use, PU surfaces can dry out, crack, or fade if cleaned with products that strip moisture — such as alcohol-based sprays or abrasive household cleaners. The ProGuard Care Kit uses formulas matched to PU's specific needs: a non-harsh cleaner to lift grime and a conditioning protector to keep the surface flexible and even-toned.
1. Spot Test First
Apply a small amount of Clean & Renew to a hidden area before treating any visible marks, to check for any surface reaction.
2. Clean the Surface
Apply ProGuard Clean & Renew to the soft applicator cloth and wipe over the PU surface in gentle, even strokes to lift dirt and grime.
3. Allow to Dry
Let the cleaned surface dry fully before moving to the next step — do not apply the protector over a damp surface.
4. Apply Protect & Preserve
Using the cloth, apply ProGuard Protect & Preserve evenly across the surface to condition the PU and help maintain its colour and suppleness.

Pick Up.
You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.
If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.
Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.
If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

If products are delayed, our sales team will tell you when they contact you.
You must provide your own transportation materials (strapping, rope, protective coverings) for Pick Up purchases. We don't provide them.

The cost of delivery is determined by the item and distance. To check the delivery charge, enter your details at checkout. If you have questions about delivery to distant locations, our sales team can help. Contact them before or after your online order.

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.
How Free Local Delivery Works

The following Terms and Conditions apply. Free local delivery is available on selected items only. If a product qualifies, the offer will be automatically applied during the checkout process. For any detailed information, please get in touch with our team.
- Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
- Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
- Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
- The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
- The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
- The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.
