The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The bed's headboard is a genuine bookcase — a flat display shelf across the top plus open cubby compartments beneath — with two more drawers at the footend for hidden storage. The bed ships flat-packed in 3 boxes; each bedside table ships fully assembled — 5 cartons in total for the suite (3 for the bed frame, 1 for each bedside table). A stable, freestanding suite
As with any freestanding bedroom furniture, we recommend securing tall or top-heavy pieces to the wall, particularly in homes with young children. Anti-tip wall-anchoring brackets are widely available from hardware stores and are a simple, worthwhile precaution for the bedside tables in particular.
