The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Jack 5 Piece Bedroom Suite brings together every unique Jack piece — the Jack Acacia Bed Frame, two matching Jack Bedside Tables, the Jack Tallboy and the Jack Dresser with Mirror — all finished in the same light acacia tone so the whole room reads as one considered setup rather than pieces bought separately over time. The bed is a solid acacia platform bed with a metal middle support bar and an included headboard; the tallboy adds five drawers behind a slim black frame; the dresser adds six further drawers and a tall matching mirror for a complete dressing station. Available in Queen and King.

Total height of the bed = slat height (37 cm) + your mattress depth. The bed ships flat-packed in 4 boxes; each bedside table arrives with no external tools required. The tallboy ships in one 98 × 47 × 134 cm carton and arrives almost ready to use — only the handles to attach. The dresser ships in two cartons (142 × 47 × 81 cm dresser + 92 × 4 × 82 cm mirror) and arrives assembled — handles & mirror to fit. Overall dresser+mirror height: allow up to approx. 160 cm. Every piece in this suite is solid acacia timber in the same light, natural tone. The bed's frame, legs, rails and headboard are acacia; each bedside table's cabinet is the same acacia timber; the tallboy adds a slim black frame with matching black bar handles; the dresser adds matte black bar handles and a matching acacia-framed mirror. Both bedside tables, the tallboy and the dresser all arrive with no or almost no external tools required — only the bed needs flat-pack assembly. Spray glass cleaner onto a cloth, not directly onto the mirror.

Safety
Anchor the tallboy and the dresser — it matters
The bedside tables are freestanding and benefit from the same voluntary wall-anchoring precaution as any bedroom furniture. The tallboy and the dresser are different — as tall/large clothing-storage furniture, both the Jack Tallboy and the Jack Dresser in this suite must be secured to the wall before use, and the dresser's fitted mirror raises its centre of gravity further, so anchoring matters even more there.
- ALWAYS secure the tallboy to the wall with an anchor device.
- NEVER allow children to stand, climb or hang on the tallboy's drawers, doors or shelves.
- NEVER open more than one tallboy drawer at a time.
- Place heavy items down low in the tallboy.
- NEVER place a television on the tallboy.
Wall-anchoring hardware is inexpensive and takes only minutes to fit. If you're unsure how to anchor the tallboy, our showroom team can point you to a suitable anchor kit — call 07 3161 5415.
