The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The bed is a solid acacia platform bed with a metal middle support bar and an included headboard — no under-bed storage, no gas-lift. Each bedside table adds its own storage drawers with no tools required to set up. Available in Queen and King.

Total height of the bed = slat height (37 cm) + your mattress depth. The bed ships flat-packed in 4 boxes — the headboard panel is packed on its side, so the cartons run narrow and tall; each bedside table arrives with no external tools required, in its own single carton. A stable, freestanding suite
As with any freestanding bedroom furniture, we recommend securing tall or top-heavy pieces to the wall, particularly in homes with young children. Anti-tip wall-anchoring brackets are widely available from hardware stores and are a simple, worthwhile precaution for the bedside tables in particular.
