All sizes follow Australian Standard mattress dimensions. We haven't published a per-size spring count for this model — call 07 3161 5415 if you need that figure before ordering. Measurements are taken by hand and can vary slightly between shipments.
🧭Room clearance
Allow 60–75 cm around the piece to move comfortably; remember the frame footprint runs a few cm larger than the mattress.
📐Total height
Total height = base + your mattress, so a tall base plus a deep mattress can sit high — worth checking for getting in and out.

Care instructions
Rotate regularly
Turn it head-to-foot every few months to help it wear evenly. Core Correct is single-sided — the comfort layers are only on top, so flipping it puts you on the base.
Use a protector
Keeps the cover cleaner and guards against everyday spills. Staining is not covered by the warranty, so this is the cheapest insurance you can buy.
Let it breathe
Air it out from time to time and keep the room well ventilated.
Spot clean only
Damp cloth and mild cleaner; avoid soaking or harsh chemicals.

Delivery formatHow it arrives
Unlike our mattress-in-a-box range, the Core Correct is delivered as a conventional, uncompressed mattress — it arrives at full thickness and shape, not rolled or compressed, so there is no unwrapping, unrolling or expansion wait.
| Delivered | Conventional, full-size, uncompressed mattress |
|---|---|
| Packaging | Not roll-packed — no box, no compression |
| Assembly | None — ready to use on arrival |
Ready to use immediately
No unrolling or expansion time — place it on your base and it's ready to sleep on.
Full size on arrival
Because it isn't compressed, allow for its full mattress size (see Dimensions above) when planning delivery access and doorways.
Delivery & pickup
Being a full-size mattress, most customers choose our delivery service rather than a personal-vehicle pickup — see Delivery & pickup below.
Don't fold or bend it
It isn't designed to be compressed or rolled after manufacture. Folding or bending it can damage the spring unit and is not covered by the warranty.

Base & frame
What base does this mattress need?
The most common question we get on a mattress — and the one most listings never answer. The base underneath matters as much as the mattress itself, both for how it feels and for your warranty.
Bases this mattress suits
Use it on a solid or platform base, a slatted base with evenly spaced slats. The surface underneath needs to be flat and fully supportive across the whole mattress — no box spring required.
Slat spacing
As a general industry guide, slat gaps of more than about 7.5 cm can leave a mattress under-supported and may affect your warranty. If you are not sure what your base measures, send us a photo or call 07 3161 5415 and we will check it with you before you order.
Need a frame to match?
Every Australian size pairs with a frame of the same name — a Double mattress goes in a Double frame. Browse matching bed frames →
An unsupportive or incorrectly spaced base can affect both comfort and your warranty — see the warranty section below.
Warranty10-year warranty & your rights
Your mattress is covered against manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by an unsupportive base — a sagging base, or slats spaced too far apart. See “What base does this need?” above.
- The gradual softening and body impressions that all comfort layers develop with normal use. This is expected settling, not a fault.
- Damage from misuse, standing or jumping on the mattress, bending or folding it, or moving it without proper support.
- A change of mind about comfort or firmness. Firmness is personal, so please try it at one of our showrooms before you buy.
No online trial — something better. Firmness is personal and no amount of online description settles it. Lie on this mattress at any of our five SE QLD showrooms — Rocklea, Virginia, Bundall, North Ipswich and Beenleigh — and buy it knowing exactly how it feels.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Flat and full-size. It is not compressed, rolled or boxed — it arrives ready to sleep on straight away, with no unrolling or waiting for it to expand.
Bonnell springs are a traditional, interconnected coil system — a time-tested innerspring known for strong, even support and good airflow. In Core Correct the coils are paired with a border frame and butterfly edge support, which reinforce the sides for firmer, more stable edges.
It sits at the very top of the scale — 10 out of 10, extremely firm. That suits back and stomach sleepers, heavier sleepers, and anyone who prefers a very supportive surface to sleep on rather than sink into. Firmness is subjective, so we would suggest trying it in person at one of our five SE QLD showrooms.
No. Core Correct is single-sided, with the quilted comfort top on one side, so it is not designed to be flipped. Rotate it head-to-foot every few months to help it wear evenly.
Double (137 × 187 cm), Queen (153 × 203 cm) and King (183 × 203 cm) — all Australian Standard dimensions.
Yes — and we would rather you did. We do not run an online sleep trial, because we think lying on a mattress beats reading about one. Core Correct is on display across our five SE QLD showrooms in Rocklea, Virginia, Beenleigh, Bundall (Gold Coast) and North Ipswich. Floor models can vary, so call ahead if you want a specific size. For change-of-mind and faults, see our warranty and returns policy — and note your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply on top of any warranty.
