Delivery is to ground level / front garage. Extra charges apply for inside placement or upstairs delivery — let us know when scheduling so we can provide a quote. The delivery and assembly charge is non-refundable, so please ask any access questions before placing your order. If you've paid by credit card, the cardholder must be present at delivery with photo ID for verification.

Pick up free of charge from our Rocklea distribution warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106 — by appointment only. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID, and note that you'll need to supply your own transport materials (strapping, rope, protective coverings).

12-Month Warranty
All bedside tables from The A2Z Furniture come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise specified on the product page). This covers serious structural defects — not normal wear such as minor surface scratches, compression of materials, or colour variation inherent to natural timber. If a genuine defect is confirmed, we cover transportation within 50 km of the store of purchase at no charge; beyond 50 km, a fee of $1 per km each way applies. Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer a full refund or exchange within 7 calendar days of your order date for most products, provided the item is returned undamaged and in original packaging. Looking After Your Bedside Table
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Use coasters to prevent water rings on timber surfaces. Ideally, the surface of your bedside table should sit level with the top of your mattress or up to 5–10 cm below it. For most Australian bed frames, this means a bedside table between 55 cm and 70 cm tall. Do your bedside tables come assembled?
