The Zara TV Unit takes the Zara range's design language to TV-stand proportions — a long, low-profile piece built from MDF with a matte black painted finish across the top, body and curved end caps. Symmetrical storage keeps the layout balanced: a cabinet at each outer end flanks two stacked drawers in the centre, with the range's signature vertical slatted panels and brass-coloured grommets detailing each curved end cap.

Sizing your television to a 180 cm unit
The usual guidance is to leave around 20 cm of unit wider than the television — roughly 10 cm each side — so the screen looks balanced and the feet or pedestal sit safely on the top rather than near the edge. On a 180 cm unit that puts the comfortable ceiling at about a 70″ screen.

A larger screen can still work if its feet or pedestal sit fully within the 180 × 40 cm top — measure the distance between your television’s feet before ordering, as this varies a lot between brands. The 180 cm width is split symmetrically. A cabinet sits at each outer end — each with its own small dark knob handle — hiding bulkier gear such as a games console or sound bar. Caring for a matte black MDF finish
Dust the black top regularly
Wipe the matte black MDF top with a soft, dry microfibre cloth regularly — TV units collect dust quickly from the airflow around nearby electronics.
Care for the wood-grain fronts
Wipe cabinet doors and drawer fronts gently with a soft dry cloth. For sticky spots, use a barely-damp cloth followed by an immediate dry-off to keep the wood-grain finish in good condition.
Brush the slat detailing
A soft brush attachment or microfibre cloth lifts dust from between the vertical slats on each end cap. Work around the brass-coloured grommets — leave them where they sit.
Open cabinets gently
The two outer cabinets should be opened and closed gently rather than yanked. Steady operation protects the hinges over years of use.
