The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Condition the air leather periodically with the Guardsman ProGuard Care Kit — the kit made for air and PU leather. Never use the real-leather kit; it will damage the surface.
Wipe spills promptly
Blot spills straight away with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, bleach and abrasive cleaners — they strip the protective coating on air leather.
Keep out of direct sun
Long-term direct sunlight can fade and crack air leather. Position the Stanhill away from harsh north-facing windows, especially in QLD's summer sun.
Operate the recliner smoothly
Pull the recliner handle gently and let the mechanism release at its own pace rather than forcing it — this keeps the manual action smooth for years.
