The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Both pieces are fixed sofas (they don't recline) with rolled padded arms, padded seats and fixed padded backrests, and decorative silver nailhead trim along the front of each arm. Both ship flat-packed and need a screwdriver to assemble.

Care instructions
Wipe down weekly
Wipe the PU leather on both pieces with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth weekly to lift dust and surface marks.
Spot clean spills
Blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth — don't rub. For deeper marks, use the Guardsman ProGuard Care Kit (do not use the Leather Care Kit — that's for real leather).
Avoid sharp objects
Keep keys, buckles, pet claws and other sharp objects off the PU leather surface on both pieces — over time they can scratch or nick the coating.
Keep out of direct sun
Position both pieces away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading and drying of the PU leather over time.
