To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Care instructions
Wipe clean weekly
Wipe both sofas' PU leather down weekly with a soft, slightly damp microfibre cloth to lift dust and surface marks, then buff dry with a second clean cloth.
Spot clean spills
Blot spills straight away with a clean, dry cloth — don't rub. For deeper marks, use the Guardsman ProGuard Care Kit (do not use the Leather Care Kit — that's for genuine leather).
Avoid harsh cleaners
Avoid harsh solvents, bleach, acetone and ammonia-based cleaners on either sofa — these can break down the surface coating.
Keep out of direct sun
Prolonged direct sunlight can fade PU leather and cause the surface to crack or peel over time — position both sofas away from strong direct sun where possible.
