The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Milano 3+2+1 Brown Recliner Package brings together the Milano 3 Seater, 2 Seater and Rocker Recliner Chair — three matching pieces in Palomino fabric from the same fabric batch, seating six in total. Both sofas recline manually, and the chair goes further with a built-in rocker function alongside its own manual recline. Traditional pillow-top headrests and rounded, padded armrests run across all three pieces for a cohesive, matched look. Designed for larger living rooms, each piece ships in its own single carton and needs no tools to set up — just attach the backrests.

Chair adds a rocker function

Each piece ships in its own single carton (three cartons total) and needs no tools to assemble — attach the backrests and it's ready to use. Allow a little extra clearance around the chair for the rocker motion and extending footrest. Care instructions
Vacuum weekly
Vacuum all three pieces weekly with the upholstery attachment to lift dust and surface debris. Pay attention to the armrests, headrest seams, and where the seat cushions meet the frame.
Blot spills straight away
Blot spills immediately with a clean white microfibre cloth — never rub. Test cleaners on a hidden area first. A Guardsman Fabric Care Kit handles tougher marks.
Keep out of direct sun & heat
Position all three pieces away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. In Queensland's humid summers, keep cleaning gentle and quick-drying so the fabric doesn't stay damp.
Apply fabric protector
Treat all three pieces with a Guardsman Fabric Protector Spray after delivery, then refresh every 6–12 months to repel spills and stains.
