The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Milano 2 Seater Recliner Lounge gives two people full independent control over their comfort. Both seats recline separately using manual levers on the outer armrests — one person can sit upright while the other leans back, or both can recline together for movie nights. Wrapped in durable Palomino fabric over a hardwood and plywood frame with a metal reclining mechanism, the Milano 2 Seater features pillow-top headrests on both seats and rounded, padded armrests, in Brown.
Dual independent recline
Both seats recline on their own manual lever, so each person gets their preferred angle without compromise — no fixed middle seat to work around.
Durable Palomino fabric
A hard-wearing fabric designed for everyday family use — it resists pilling and holds its texture through regular contact from kids and pets, and cleans easily with a vacuum and spot treatment.
Hardwood & metal frame
A hardwood-and-plywood frame with a metal reclining mechanism, over a webbing and zig-zag spring base with high-density foam — engineered to hold its shape through daily use.
Pillow-top headrests
Both seats feature padded pillow-top headrests that cradle your head and neck, paired with rounded, padded armrests for comfortable contact points all around.

Care instructions
Vacuum weekly
Vacuum the upholstery weekly with the upholstery attachment to lift dust and surface debris. Pay attention to the armrests, headrest seams, and where the seat cushions meet the frame.
Blot spills straight away
Blot spills immediately with a clean white microfibre cloth — never rub. Test cleaners on a hidden area first, and avoid harsh solvents and bleach. Don't over-wet the fabric, especially in QLD humidity.
Keep out of direct sun & heat
Position it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. In Queensland's humid summers, keep cleaning gentle and quick-drying so the fabric doesn't stay damp.
Apply fabric protector
Treat the fabric with a Guardsman Fabric Protector Spray after delivery, then refresh every 6–12 months to repel spills and stains.
