The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Macleod End Table is a 60 cm-wide side table built to slot in next to a sofa, beside a bed, or anywhere a small surface and a bit of storage earn their keep. A white marble-effect top sits over a warm oak-look body, raised on splayed tapered legs for the clean mid-century silhouette the Macleod range is built around. A single drawer hides the clutter, while the open shelf above keeps a book, remote or phone within easy reach.
Marble-Look Top
A white marble-effect finish with soft grey veining and a bevelled edge — the look of stone without the weight, cost or sealing upkeep. It's an engineered surface, not real marble, and we say so plainly.

Will it work beside your sofa?
An end table follows a different rule from a coffee table. A coffee table is matched to your sofa's seat; an end table is matched to your sofa's arm — so you can set a drink down without reaching down or up.
- Match the arm, not the seat. The top should sit level with your sofa arm, or within about 5 cm either side. Most Australian sofa arms land between 55 and 65 cm.
- Allow depth for a lamp and a drink. Around 40 cm of depth is the practical minimum before a lamp base starts crowding everything else off the top.
- No walking gap needed. Unlike a coffee table, an end table is meant to sit flush against the arm — push it right up.
The Macleod's fit: at 60 cm high it sits squarely inside the 55–65 cm sofa-arm band, so on most lounges the top lands level with the armrest. Its 60 × 40 cm footprint takes a table lamp plus a mug and a book without crowding, and the open shelf adds a second surface without adding any floor space. Push it flush against the arm.

The top is a marble-effect engineered surface, not quarried stone — so it never needs sealing, and it won't etch the way real marble does with citrus or wine. It shares the same top, oak-look body and tapered legs as the matching Macleod Coffee Table and Macleod TV Unit.
Caring for your end table
Dust regularly
Wipe the top, drawer front and shelf weekly with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to lift dust before it settles into the finish.
Avoid wet cloths
For marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry the surface immediately. Don't let water sit — standing moisture is what damages an engineered board over time.
Use coasters & mats
Coasters under cups, felt pads under lamps and heavier objects. Hot or wet items left directly on the surface can leave permanent marks.
Keep out of direct sun
Position away from prolonged direct sunlight so the top and the oak-look body don't fade or dry unevenly over time.
