The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Edward is an armless dining chair upholstered in dark grey PU, with a tall curved backrest, a gently shaped top edge and a thick padded seat, on four slim black powder-coated metal legs that taper to the floor. It's sold per chair, and it's the chair in our Bondi 5 piece and Mosman 7 piece dining sets.
Curved Back, Padded Seat
A tall, one-piece backrest that curves to the body, with softly rounded upper corners, over a thick padded seat with a rounded front edge.
Dark Grey PU Upholstery
Dark grey PU (polyurethane) faux-leather upholstery — not genuine leather. It wipes over with a damp cloth after meals.
Slim Black Powder-Coated Legs
Four slim black powder-coated metal legs taper to the floor, with the rear legs angled back slightly. No stretchers, so the chair looks light around the table.
1-Year Warranty
Backed by a 1-year warranty. Add assembly for $20 a chair and our team will build it on delivery.

- Seat height is coming soon. We're confirming this chair's measurements with our supplier. Most Australian dining chairs put the seat at 45–48 cm, which suits a standard 71–76 cm table with 25–30 cm of knee room — all three of our matching tables are 76 cm high. Call 07 3161 5415 if the exact seat height matters.
- Count 60 cm of table edge per chair. The Bondi (100 cm round) takes four Edward chairs; the Mosman (180 cm) takes six, or eight with the ends in use. Buying for a six-seater? You need six — set the quantity above.
- No arms to catch the apron. The Edward is armless, so it slides fully under the table between meals.

The Edward is the chair for two of our new tables: four around the Bondi Round Dining Table for a bright, compact set, or six along the Mosman Dining Table for a warmer, moodier room. Its black legs match both tables' black bases. Dark grey also sits well beside white marble-look tops, timber and black glass.

PU gives a soft, leather-like finish that wipes clean easily, but it doesn't wear like genuine hide — keep it out of harsh sun and away from sharp edges. Colours on screen are approximate; we recommend seeing the chair in a showroom before you buy.
Caring for your chair
Wipe down after meals
A soft, slightly damp cloth is all PU needs. Skip harsh sprays, solvents and alcohol-based cleaners, which dry PU out over time.
Blot spills quickly
Blot liquid with a dry cloth rather than rubbing it in.
Dry cloth on the legs
Wipe the black legs with a soft, dry cloth. Felt pads under the feet protect timber and tiled floors.
Keep out of direct sun
Strong direct sunlight fades and dries PU. Position away from windows that get harsh sun.

Delivery cost is calculated by item and distance — enter your details in the estimator above, or at checkout. Delivery is to ground level / front garage only. Add assembly above if you'd like the chairs built on delivery.
Collect free from our Rocklea distribution warehouse by appointment. Chairs are packed two to a 70 × 53 × 46 cm carton, so six chairs is three cartons. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. For full terms, see our Pickup & Delivery Terms.
