A stable, freestanding bedside table
As with any freestanding bedroom furniture, we recommend securing tall or top-heavy pieces to the wall, particularly in homes with young children. Anti-tip wall-anchoring brackets are widely available from hardware stores and are a simple, worthwhile precaution alongside any bedside table.

Caring for your timber
Dust regularly
Use a soft, dry cloth, and a soft brush to lift dust from the fluted grooves.
Avoid wet cloths
Skip soaking-wet cloths and harsh cleaners; a barely-damp cloth, dried after, is best.
Use coasters
Stand cups, glasses and lamps on coasters to protect the top from rings and marks.
Polish occasionally

The Castle Bedside Table is a two-drawer nightstand built from a solid timber frame with MDF panels finished in a rubber wood veneer, in a warm, light oak tone. A smooth top drawer fitted with a black bar handle sits above a vertically fluted, handle-free lower drawer, while softly rounded top edges keep the whole piece gentle and modern beside the bed.
The mix of a clean upper drawer and a fluted lower drawer is what gives Castle its character — the vertical grooves add texture and catch the light, lifting it above a plain flat-fronted table.
