Both lounges share the Ballina build: a soft-touch nappa-look fabric in grey across the seats, backrests, arms, and console backs — a smooth, sleek surface that wipes down easily — over a hardwood and engineered-wood internal frame with high-density foam fill. Each reclining seat runs on a dual-motor electric mechanism, one motor driving the recline angle and the other adjusting the headrest independently. Power for the mechanisms and the 2-Seater's fridge is supplied through a standard wall point, with one mains lead per lounge.

Power & setup: both lounges are mains-powered with no battery backup, so plan a power point near each piece. A reclined seat stays reclined until power returns during an outage — leave seats upright when not in use — and the 2-Seater's fridge stops cooling during an outage, so clear perishables before extended trips away.
Care Instructions

Wipe Down Weekly

Run a slightly damp microfibre cloth over both lounges weekly. Skip harsh detergents, solvents, and abrasive cloths — they can damage the nappa-look finish.

Blot Spills Straight Away

Address spills immediately with a clean dry cloth, blotting outward rather than rubbing. Drinks from the fridge and cup holders land most often on the seat or console top.

Cycle the Mechanisms

Run all four recline and headrest mechanisms through their full range once a month to keep the motors and tracks moving smoothly.

How does the dual-motor recline work?

Each reclining seat across both lounges has two independent motors. One drives the recline angle from upright to fully reclined; the other adjusts the headrest position. What happens during a power outage?

Both lounges run on mains power with no battery backup. You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.
