The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Ballina 3+2+1 Electric Recliner Package brings together the full Ballina range — a 220 cm three-seater, a 190 cm two-seater and a standalone recliner chair, seating six in total, all from the same fabric batch. Each piece has its own distinct console: the 3-seater's fixed middle seat folds down into a power outlet/USB/Qi/LED console; the 2-seater's fixed centre console houses a built-in fridge alongside its own charging, cup holders and storage; the chair has no console at all, just its own LED cup holder, hidden storage and USB charging. Every reclining seat across all three pieces runs on dual electric motors — one for the recline, one for a powered headrest.

Three different consoles, none the same

Each piece ships in its own single carton (three cartons total) and needs no tools to assemble — attach the backrests and it's ready to use. Care instructions
Wipe clean weekly
Wipe all three pieces with a soft, slightly damp microfibre cloth to lift dust and body oils. Skip harsh detergents, solvents and abrasive cloths — they can damage the finish.
Blot spills, don't rub
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. A Guardsman Fabric Care Kit handles tougher marks.
Keep out of direct sun
Position all three pieces away from direct sunlight — prolonged UV fades and dries the nappa-look upholstery over time.
Empty the 2-seater's fridge for holidays
Before leaving the set unused for more than a few days, empty the 2-seater's built-in fridge, leave the door slightly ajar, and switch off the mains supply.
