About the Build

All three pieces share the Ballina build: a soft-touch nappa-look fabric in grey across the seats, backrests, arms, and console backs — a smooth, sleek surface that wipes down easily — over a hardwood and engineered-wood internal frame with high-density foam fill. Each reclining seat runs on a dual-motor electric mechanism, one motor driving the recline angle and the other adjusting the headrest independently. Power for the mechanisms and the 2-Seater's fridge is drawn from standard mains power — a mains lead is required, with no battery backup.

Power & setup: all three pieces are mains-powered with no battery backup, so plan placement within reach of mains power for each piece. A reclined seat stays reclined until power returns during an outage — leave seats upright when not in use — and the 2-Seater's fridge stops cooling during an outage, so clear perishables before extended trips away.
Care Instructions

Wipe Down Weekly

Run a slightly damp microfibre cloth over all three pieces weekly. Skip harsh detergents, solvents, and abrasive cloths — they can damage the nappa-look finish.

Blot Spills Straight Away

Address spills immediately with a clean dry cloth, blotting outward rather than rubbing. Drinks from the fridge and cup holders land most often on the seat or console top.

Cycle the Mechanisms

Run each recline and powered headrest through its full range once a month — across all five reclining seats — to keep the motors and tracks moving smoothly.

Empty the Fridge for Holidays

Before leaving the 2-Seater unused for more than a few days, empty the fridge, leave the door slightly ajar, and switch off its mains supply to prevent odours and save power.

What happens during a power outage?

All three pieces run on mains power with no battery backup. If the power cuts out while a seat is reclined, it will stay reclined until power returns, so we recommend leaving seats upright when they're not in use. Pick Up.

You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.

  • Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
  • Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
  • The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
  • The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
