The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Ballina 3+1+1 Electric Recliner Package pairs the Ballina 3 Seater Electric Recliner Lounge with two Ballina Electric Recliner Chairs — all three in soft-touch nappa-look fabric from the same fabric batch. The sofa's fixed middle seat folds down into a console with a power outlet, USB, wireless (Qi) charging and an LED reading light. Each chair is a simpler, standalone piece — no console — with its own dual-motor electric recline, a single LED-illuminated cup holder and hidden storage in its outer armrest, and USB charging. It's a flexible layout for individual recliner seats either side of a shared sofa.

Dual-motor recline on every seat
Every seat across all three pieces runs two independent motors — one for the recline angle, one for a powered headrest — controlled separately.
Chairs are simpler, standalone pieces
Each chair has its own LED cup holder, hidden arm storage and USB charging — but no console. The sofa's fold-down power/USB/Qi console is the 3-seater's own feature, not shared by the chairs.

All three pieces are made and delivered together from the same fabric batch, so the grey tone matches exactly across the sofa and both chairs.

Care instructions
Wipe clean weekly
Wipe all three pieces with a soft, slightly damp microfibre cloth to lift dust and body oils. Skip harsh detergents, solvents and abrasive cloths — they can damage the finish.
Blot spills, don't rub
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. A Guardsman Fabric Care Kit handles tougher marks.
Keep out of direct sun
Position all three pieces away from direct sunlight — prolonged UV fades and dries the nappa-look upholstery over time.
Cycle the mechanisms
Run the recline and powered headrest on each piece through their full range about once a month to keep the motors and tracks working smoothly.
