To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The 3-seater's two outer seats recline around a fixed middle, both seats on the 2-seater recline independently, and the chair is a full single-seat recliner. All three use the same manual single side-lever pull mechanism — no electrics anywhere. Soft-touch chenille and a wooden internal frame with high-density foam run across all three pieces for a cohesive, matched look.

Soft-brush vacuum weekly
Vacuum all three pieces weekly with a soft-brush attachment — chenille fibres can hold lint and pet hair, and weekly passes keep the texture looking even.
Blot spills, don't rub
Blot fabric outward from the centre with a clean, dry cloth. A Guardsman Fabric Care Kit handles tougher marks.
Cycle the mechanisms
Pull each recline lever on all three pieces fully through its range every month or so — keeps the mechanism limber and the hinges working smoothly.
