The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

Vacuum weekly
Use a soft-brush attachment across cushions and crevices — chenille fibres can hold lint and pet hair, and weekly passes keep the texture looking even.
Address spills fast
Blot fabric outward from the centre with a clean, dry cloth. Don't rub — chenille can mat or pill if treated roughly.
Cycle the mechanism
Pull each recline lever fully through its range every month or so — keeps the mechanism limber and the hinges working smoothly.
Mind direct sunlight
Position the lounge away from harsh afternoon sun — chenille can fade unevenly over time with direct UV exposure.
