The professional assembly service applies to ground-level rooms only. It is not available for apartments or for rooms located on an upper floor.
The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Alice Sofa Bed with Ottoman and Storage is a corner lounge that doubles as a guest bed and built-in storage, upholstered in heavyweight Rhino fabric densely woven for everyday family use. The seat pulls out to a sleeping surface, the chaise ottoman lifts for storage, and two compact stools tuck away under the armrest until extra seats are needed. It's a smart fit for living rooms that have to stretch to do more, with adjustable ratchet headrests for upright or relaxed sitting and a left- or right-hand configuration chosen at purchase.
Pull-out sleeper bed
The seat pulls forward into a flat sleeping surface, ready whenever you need a spare bed for guests.
Lift-up storage ottoman
The chaise ottoman opens on a hinged lid, giving you room to stow bedding, throws and bulky extras out of sight.
Two hideaway stools
Two compact stools slide out from under the armrest for extra seating, then tuck neatly back in when you're done.
Adjustable headrests
Ratchet headrests lift for upright support or fold back for relaxed viewing, set by hand at each seat.

Vacuum regularly
Use a soft brush attachment to lift dust and crumbs from the seats, ottoman and along the seams before they work into the weave.
Spot-clean spills promptly
Blot spills promptly with a clean, damp cloth โ never rub. For a deeper clean, use the Guardsman Fabric Care Kit.
Avoid harsh products
Skip bleach, solvents and abrasive cleaners, which can mark or wear the fabric over time. Test any cleaner on a hidden area first.
Protect the fabric
Apply the Guardsman Fabric Protector after delivery, then refresh periodically to help guard against everyday stains.

Delivery cost is calculated by item and distance โ enter your details in the estimator above, or at checkout. We offer free local delivery to eligible addresses within ~10 km of our Rocklea warehouse; terms and conditions apply. Delivery is to ground level / front garage only.
