The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

This package pairs the Fabulous upholstered storage bed frame with the Cradle Rest 5 Zone Pocket Spring mattress, both in Queen. The frame is fully upholstered with a padded headboard included and a pull-out drawer on castors at the foot; the mattress is a 30 cm five-zone pocket spring with a quilted comfort top, rolled and boxed. The slat base takes the mattress directly, so there is no box spring to buy and nothing to cross-check on sizing — the two were matched before they shipped.

The frame ships flat-packed in 2 boxes and the mattress rolled in 1, so 3 cartons arrive in total. The frame's longest box runs up to 210 cm — measure your access route, and check it fits your vehicle if you're collecting. The foot drawer measures about 97 × 36 cm on Queen and King and is a little smaller on the other sizes — ask our team for the exact figure if you need it. Unbox the mattress in the room it will live in; it is much easier to move rolled than unrolled. Cut the outer wrap, unroll it onto the slats and let it expand — it will be ready to sleep on within a few hours. Do not re-roll a mattress once it has been opened.

We offer free local delivery to eligible addresses within ~10 km of our Rocklea warehouse; terms and conditions apply. Delivery is to ground level / front garage only. Because the frame and mattress ship together, it is one delivery booking rather than two.
Collect free from our Rocklea distribution warehouse by appointment. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. The frame's longest carton runs up to 210 cm and the mattress box is 159 × 33 × 33 cm, so check both fit your vehicle before you come. For full terms, see our Pickup & Delivery Terms.
The two pieces carry their own terms: the Fabulous bed frame is covered by a 12-month warranty and the Cradle Rest mattress by a 3-year warranty — see our Warranty Policy. Change-of-mind returns are accepted under our Return Policy; full conditions apply, and hygiene restrictions apply to mattresses once unwrapped.
Mattress warranty
Your mattress is covered against manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by an unsupportive base — a sagging base, or slats spaced too far apart. See “What base does this need?” above.
- The gradual softening and body impressions that all comfort layers develop with normal use. This is expected settling, not a fault.
- Damage from misuse, standing or jumping on the mattress, bending or folding it, or moving it without proper support.
- A change of mind about comfort or firmness. Firmness is personal, so please try it at one of our showrooms before you buy.
No online trial — something better. Firmness is personal and no amount of online description settles it. Lie on this mattress at any of our five SE QLD showrooms — Rocklea, Virginia, Bundall, North Ipswich and Beenleigh — and buy it knowing exactly how it feels.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Fabulous bed frame is covered separately by a 12-month warranty. Both terms sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
