The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Penrith 3 Seater Genuine Leather Sofa with Chaise takes the Penrith silhouette and adds a generous integrated chaise — perfect for stretching out fully, putting your feet up, or seating an extra person when guests drop in. Three padded backrests with pillow-top tops sit above the main lounge, the chaise extends to one side as shown in the photos, and slim tapered timber legs lift the whole frame for a clean, modern stance. Available in Black and Silver, the entire piece is wrapped in genuine leather — not PU, not bonded.

Care instructions
Dust regularly
Wipe the leather over with a soft, dry microfibre cloth every week or two. Skip rough cloths, paper towels, and abrasive sponges — anything textured can mark the finish.
Spot-clean spills promptly
Blot, never rub, with a clean white microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, bleach, and ammonia-based cleaners. Use the Guardsman Leather Care Kit cleaner for stubborn marks.
Avoid sunlight & heat
Position away from prolonged direct sun and heat sources to prevent fading and drying — particularly relevant in Queensland's climate.
Condition every 6–12 months
Work the Guardsman Leather Care Kit conditioner over the seating surfaces every six to twelve months. Do not use the ProGuard Care Kit — that's for synthetic leather.
