The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Penelope 3 Seater Leather Lounge with Chaise takes the full Penelope silhouette — genuine leather, adjustable headrests, splayed tapered timber legs — and adds a generous integrated chaise so you can stretch out fully or seat extra guests when needed. The chaise is configurable, so you can pick the side that suits your room layout. Available in Khaki and Anthracite, the lounge keeps a clean, mid-century-influenced profile despite the larger footprint.
Built-in chaise lounge
The chaise extension turns the Penelope into an L-shape lounge that anchors a corner of the room — stretch out completely, or use it as extra sideways seating when guests visit.
Configurable left or right chaise
Pick the chaise side that fits your room layout — left or right — before ordering. Both configurations ship to the same lead time.
Three adjustable headrests
Two headrests on the main body plus one on the chaise, each folding flat or lifting to multiple upright angles — so every seating zone gets its own head and neck support.
Splayed timber legs
Slim tapered timber legs splay outward in a mid-century stance, lifting both the main lounge and chaise for an airy footprint.

Care instructions
Dust regularly
Wipe the leather over with a soft, dry microfibre cloth every week or two. Skip rough cloths, paper towels, and abrasive sponges — anything textured can mark the finish.
Spot-clean spills promptly
Blot, never rub, with a clean white microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh solvents, bleach, and ammonia-based cleaners. Use the Guardsman Leather Care Kit cleaner for stubborn marks.
Avoid sunlight & heat
Position away from prolonged direct sun and heat sources — Queensland's UV can dry leather and dull the colour, especially on Anthracite.
Condition every 6–12 months
Work the Guardsman Leather Care Kit conditioner over the seating surfaces every six to twelve months. Do not use the ProGuard Care Kit — that's for synthetic leather.
