The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Mildura End Table is a compact two-drawer side table built around a two-tone wood-effect design — a warm honey-toned frame surrounding paler whitewashed drawer fronts. Long gold-toned bar handles run horizontally across each drawer, and slim gold-toned hairpin legs lift the whole piece off the floor. It sits comfortably beside a sofa, an armchair or a bed, with two drawers for the everyday small stuff.

Will it work beside your sofa?
An end table follows a different rule from a coffee table. A coffee table is matched to your sofa's seat; an end table is matched to your sofa's arm — so you can set a drink down without reaching down or up.
- Match the arm, not the seat. The top should sit level with your sofa arm, or within about 5 cm either side. Most Australian sofa arms land between 55 and 65 cm.
- Allow depth for a lamp and a drink. Around 40 cm of depth is the practical minimum before a lamp base starts crowding everything else off the top.
- No walking gap needed. Unlike a coffee table, an end table is meant to sit flush against the arm — push it right up.
The Mildura's fit: at 55 cm high it sits at the lower end of the 55–65 cm sofa-arm band — level with the armrest on a low or mid-height sofa, and a little below it on a tall-armed one. That's worth measuring if you want the top flush with your arm. Its 60 × 40 cm footprint takes a lamp plus a mug and a book, and the two drawers add storage without adding width.

Two drawers take the remotes, chargers, books, glasses and notebooks that otherwise end up stacked on the surface — which is rather the point, because it leaves the top free for a lamp, a plant or framed photos. The long gold bar handles run the full width of each drawer, so they open easily from any angle.

This is a wood-effect piece, not timber — particle board with a printed paper finish on the body and drawer fronts. It gives you the look of warm timber and contrasting drawer panels at a far more accessible price than solid timber, which is genuinely useful for first-home setups, rentals and apartments where a heavy solid-timber piece doesn't make practical sense. A paper finish does need a little more care than a lacquered one: it won't tolerate heat, standing water or harsh chemicals.
Caring for your end table
Wipe down weekly
Use a soft, dry or barely damp cloth on the top and drawer fronts. Skip abrasive cleaners and harsh chemical sprays, which can damage a paper-finish surface over time.
Use coasters & mats
Coasters under cups and mats under lamps and heavier décor. Paper finishes don't handle heat or water rings well, so a little protection makes a real difference here.
Wipe spills promptly
Clean spills with a slightly damp cloth and dry the surface straight away. Standing moisture is what lifts and marks a paper finish.
Buff the gold hardware
Wipe the bar handles and hairpin legs with a clean dry soft cloth. For stickier marks use a barely damp cloth, then dry immediately.
