The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Milano 3+1+1 Brown Recliner Package pairs the Milano 3 Seater Recliner Lounge with two Milano Rocker Recliner Chairs — all three in Palomino fabric from the same fabric batch. The sofa's two outer seats recline by hand around a fixed middle, while each rocker chair adds its own manual recline plus a built-in rocking motion — pull the side lever for full lounge mode, or just rock gently back and forth. It's a flexible layout for families or anyone who wants individual recliner seats either side of a shared sofa. Traditional pillow-top headrests and rounded, padded armrests run across all three pieces.

Chairs rock as well as recline
Both Milano Rocker Recliner Chairs pull the side lever for full manual recline, or skip the recline and just rock gently — a feature the 3-seater sofa doesn't have.

Each piece ships in its own single carton (three cartons total) and needs no tools to assemble — attach the backrests and it's ready to use. Allow a little extra clearance around each chair for the rocker motion and extending footrest. Measurements are taken by hand and can vary slightly between shipments — for an exact current figure, call the showroom on 07 3161 5415. Please measure your access route before delivery.

Care instructions
Vacuum weekly
Vacuum all three pieces weekly with the upholstery attachment to lift dust and surface debris. Pay attention to the armrests, headrest seams, and where the seat cushions meet the frame.
Blot spills straight away
Blot spills immediately with a clean white microfibre cloth — never rub. Test cleaners on a hidden area first. A Guardsman Fabric Care Kit handles tougher marks.
Keep out of direct sun & heat
Position all three pieces away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. In Queensland's humid summers, keep cleaning gentle and quick-drying so the fabric doesn't stay damp.
Apply fabric protector
Treat all three pieces with a Guardsman Fabric Protector Spray after delivery, then refresh every 6–12 months to repel spills and stains.
