The service covers assembly of the product only. Removal and disposal of packaging materials is not included.
The A2Z Furniture Pty Ltd and its staff accept no liability for any accidental damage to the customer’s property that may occur while bringing goods inside or during assembly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the pathway for delivering the goods is clear and unobstructed. Additional charges may apply if extra work is required to clear access.
To assess whether the assembly can be carried out safely and efficiently, The A2Z Furniture may request further information about the property, including photos or video of the layout.
If the product cannot be delivered to the intended room due to insufficient space, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
The A2Z Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel the assembly service. Where this occurs, any assembly fee already paid will be refunded in full.

The Lemington 3 Seater Leather Recliner Lounge wraps three deep, padded seats in genuine leather over a hardwood and plywood frame with a metal reclining mechanism. The two outer seats recline by hand — pull the side handle, ease back, and the footrest lifts — while the middle seat stays fixed for a settled centre spot. Pillow-top rolled arms and channel-stitched backrests give it a soft, substantial feel that suits a family living room or media space. Choose classic Black or warm, neutral Beige.
Upholstered in genuine leather
Soft, breathable genuine leather across the seats, arms and backrests — it warms to the touch, wears in beautifully over time, and wipes clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Dual manual recline
Both outer seats recline independently on a smooth manual mechanism — pull the side handle to raise the footrest and lean back. No cords, no power point, nothing to plug in.
Hardwood & metal frame
A hardwood-and-plywood frame with a metal reclining mechanism, over a webbing and zig-zag spring base with high-density foam — engineered to hold its shape through daily use.
Black or Beige

Care instructions
Dust and wipe weekly
Wipe the leather over with a soft, dry or barely-damp cloth to lift dust and body oils. Skip household cleaners, solvents and abrasive sponges — they can strip the protective finish.
Blot spills straight away
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — never rub, and don't soak the leather. For anything stubborn, use a dedicated leather cleaner and test a hidden spot first.
Keep out of direct sun & heat
Position it away from direct sunlight and heaters. Prolonged heat and UV can fade and dry genuine leather over time, leading to stiffness — worth minding through a QLD summer.
Condition every few months
Feed the leather with a Guardsman Leather Care Kit every 3–6 months to keep it supple, nourished and protected against drying and cracking.
