About the Materials

The Lemington 3 Seater is upholstered in genuine leather over a sturdy timber frame, with smooth manual recliner mechanisms on both end seats, padded pillow-top outer armrests, and channel-stitched backrests across all three seats. The middle seat is intentionally fixed (non-reclining) to provide structural balance for the lounge and a stable, supportive upright spot. Genuine leather is a natural material — it softens with use, develops a subtle patina, and lasts for years with proper care. It does, however, need different care from PU leather (see the care section below).

Care Instructions

Dust Regularly

Wipe the leather with a soft, dry microfibre cloth weekly to keep dust off. Buff gently to maintain the natural sheen. Vacuum the seams and creases with the upholstery attachment to prevent dust buildup in the stitching.

Spot-Clean Spills Promptly

Blot spills immediately with a clean white microfibre cloth — never rub. Don't over-wet the leather. Avoid harsh solvents, alcohol, ammonia, and bleach, all of which can strip the natural oils from genuine leather.

Avoid Sunlight & Heat Sources

Keep the lounge out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources like fireplaces, heaters, and reverse-cycle vents. Both UV exposure and dry heat can dry out genuine leather over time and cause fading or cracking.

Condition with Leather Care Kit

Use the Guardsman Leather Care Kit every 6–12 months to clean and condition the leather. Conditioning keeps real leather supple and prevents drying or cracking. Do not use the Guardsman ProGuard Care Kit — that's formulated for PU leather only.

You can order online and pick up for free from our Rocklea Distribution Warehouse at 48 Randolph St, Rocklea QLD 4106, but only by appointment. Call 07 3161 5415 to arrange pickup, and bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the store.

If you paid by credit card, the cardholder must be there with photo ID to verify details.

Note that when using POLI Internet Banking, goods can be picked up or delivered only after funds are received in our Bank Account. We'll email you about this.

If someone else is picking up for you, contact us beforehand, or you won't get your goods.

Your eligible items are dispatched from our Rocklea warehouse, typically within 3 to 7 working days, depending on stock availability. Delivery is to ground level or front garage only — the driver will not bring goods inside, take them upstairs or unpack them. If you'd like assembly or in-home placement, you can add this at checkout under our Assembly Terms.

  • Available for outright payments only (No Payment Plan, Layby).
  • Only available for addresses that are less than 10 km from our Rocklea Warehouse. The distance is determined using Google Maps.
  • Delivery is strict till the garage / ground floor. The driver will not take it inside, upstairs or unpack the goods.
  • The standard delivery time frame is within 3 to 7 working days, and there might be delays depending on stock availability.
  • The delivery driver may call you from a private number before delivery; if the customer does not answer the phone, the driver will not attempt delivery unless instructed to leave goods at the property.
  • The A2Z Furniture has complete discretion to change any policy aspect without prior notice.
